This is another of Betsy Reed's patterns that I'm doing in 1" hand-torn strips! Love it! I thought it would be finished before I leave today but alas , it isn't! So ~ bye bye birdie ~ I'll be back soon!!!
I'm off to Sauder Village for Rug Week ~ taking a class from Lucille Festa of American Country Rugs! It should be fun ~ I'll see lots of gals I know and hope to learn some new hooking tips! There will be great vendors and lots of good food! Very fortunate to have Tad's sitter and Sonny to hold down the fort so I can go!!
I'll try to keep you posted throughout the week!! Ta ta for now!!

Thanks, Jacque!! Yes, Tom ~ I will sure tell her! One of my blog friends says great things abut her, as well!!
Oh, I wish I had gotten in a class. Maybe next year...sigh!
I bought some wool from Lucille at the ATHA biennial and it was wonderful. I'm thinking about purchasing one of her patterns.
Have a great time and maybe I'll bump in to you on Thursday.
Hugs :)

Love that birdie and very happy that you are going to Sauder Village. Not in the stars for me this year but maybe sometime. Enjoy your class - looking forward to seeing the results.

I know you will enjoy Lucille and her sense of humor, plus her wonderful wool..... love her 'dirty muddy' wool.
I'm having a class with Betsy in November so just might have to purchase her Birdie pattern too.

Tom of newburyarts ~ a friend of mine wondered if you sell your patterns! If so, would you contact me? Thanks ~ Alice
