Getting older ~ maybe! I had a birthday this week ~ not the big one but getting close! It was a fun day ~ went to lunch with nieces Kim and Cheri ~ they didn't really know it was my birthday till later in the day ~ that's a good thing! It meant we spent time together just because!
That evening Teddy and Miki had us for a nice dinner ~ Miki is a good cook and cooks a lot!! We had cake and Cupcake wine in a special glass and watched DWTS ~ it was fun! As you can see, I received lots of cards and phone calls ~ it's not so bad getting older!
Last Sunday, grandson Luke was baptized and confirmed into the Methodist church! We're very proud of him and were honored to be asked to stand up with him for his baptism. He is a good kid and is on the right path!! Love you, Luke!
Finally got the taxes delivered to the accountant this week ~ such a load off my little mind!
We had a fun weekend ~ went to the dine-in movie theatre in Columbus Friday night and stayed overnight ~ not at the movie! We bought a package at the Homebuilders charity auction last November and thought we better use it before lake season! They actually have waiters who take your orders and bring cocktails and food to your very comfy seat with a tray attached! It was fun ~ something different to do! We saw Silver Linings Playbook which was weird but ended up being a very good movie!
Saturday night we were treated to dinner by friends who moved to Columbus and we had a great time with them! So a very full weekend ~ just the kind we like!!
Hope you have a great Easter and it is filled with good times with family!

Happy Birthday; you're only as old as you feel and you look like a youngster to me.
DWTS... wow, isn't Kelli Pickler wonderful? So is that young girl.
